TP652-3, özel bir formül ve işlem ile silikon reçineden yapılmış yüksek ısı iletkenliğine sahip özel bir ara yüzey dolgu malzemesidir. Göreceli olarak düşük bir basınçta düşük ara yüzey ısı direnci elde edilebilir. Isıtma gücü cihazları ile ısı yayıcı alüminyum levhalar veya kabuklar arasında kullanılabilir, havayı etkili bir şekilde ortadan kaldırır, hava temas ısı direncini azaltır ve etkili bir dolgu etkisi sağlar.

Storage Condition: 15℃~35℃/0~65%RH in packing case.

Syringe matching up mixed thermal putty needles mouth, you can choose dispensing machine or glue gun to dispense.
Before dispensing, we advice to squeeze out 0.2~0.3g thermal putty on the needle mouth. We advice to squeeze out a little thermal putty if the dispensing machine stop more than an hour in the halfway.
The thermal putty that has not been used up after opening can be screwed on the cover to continue storage and reused within the service life.
